Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept change of mind returns. As all orders are placed into production immediately upon purchase, we are unable to cancel, modify, or accept returns once an order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully — including dimensions, materials, and finishes — before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@bedora.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or fault

We will assess your claim and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be produced and delivered at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as production begins immediately. If you believe an error was made at the time of ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once production has commenced.

Consumer Guarantees

Our policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to repair the item within a reasonable timeframe.
